Redeem Your Groupon

Thanks for purchasing a Season Pass through Groupon! We’re excited to have you on board. Redeeming your Groupon is easy! Just follow these simple steps to redeem your Groupon and pay the tax due ($8.69). You can also upgrade to a Family Season Pass or add 15 Days of Off-Site Rental to your pass for an additional fee (learn more about these options).

1. If you purchased multiple Groupons, please complete this procedure multiple times. Each time you will enter the Passholder’s Name and contact information.
2. Click the link below to get started.
3. Choose your desired options (the pass you purchased is the first selection: Individual Kayak/Canoe/SUP Groupon Season Pass).
4. Enter the Passholder’s name and contact information when prompted.
5. When asked to select your payment method, choose Gift Certificate.
6. Enter your Groupon Number (it has numbers, letters, and begins with GRPN-) as the Gift Certificate Number. If the certificate is not found, call us at (617) 965-5110.
7. After the page reloads, click Check Out again.
8. When asked to select your payment method again, choose Credit Card.
9. Enter your credit card number to cover the tax due on your pass, and any additional charges for the optional upgrades you chose.
