Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga

Love Yoga? Love the water? Take your Yoga to a new level and find harmony with our new Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga class.

Starting with a brief introduction to paddling, the group will then get on the water to find a spot to anchor for a one hour Yoga session. Don’t worry, you will have the energy to paddle home! There is no better way to find balance in your life than by practicing Yoga on the water.

Our SUP Yoga Class is designed for those who are comfortable on Stand-Up Paddleboards, because it does require balance and control over the board. If you have never been on a SUP before, you should take our Intro. to SUP or come out and rent before trying SUP Yoga.

Paddleboard Yoga in Waltham meets for one 90-minute session at our Moody Street location in Waltham.
$35 includes 90 minutes of instruction and complimentary use of a stand-up board.
Pre-Requisites & Requirements: Formal introductory instruction, like our Introduction to SUP, is recommended but not required.
